Sura 30 - Ar-Room

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
Kwa Jina La Mwenyezi Mungu, Mwingi Wa Rehema, Mwenye Kurehemu.
30:1
الم
*Alif Lam Mim (A.L.M.)
*Alif, Lam, Meem.
30:2
غُلِبَتِ الرُّومُ
*Warumi wameshindwa,
*The Byzantines has been vanquished
30:3
فِي أَدْنَى الْأَرْضِ وَهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ غَلَبِهِمْ سَيَغْلِبُونَ
*Katika nchi iliyo karibu. Nao baada ya kushindwa kwao watashinda
*in a nearby land, but they, after their defeat, will be victorious
30:4
فِي بِضْعِ سِنِينَ ۗ لِلَّهِ الْأَمْرُ مِنْ قَبْلُ وَمِنْ بَعْدُ ۚ وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ
*Katika miaka michache. Amri ni ya Mwenyezi Mungu kabla yake na baada yake. Na siku hiyo Waumini watafurahi.
*in a few years. All command belongs to Allah, before this and hereafter, and on that day the faithful will rejoice
30:5
بِنَصْرِ اللَّهِ ۚ يَنْصُرُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ ۖ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ
*Kwa nusura ya Mwenyezi Mungu humnusuru amtakaye. Naye ndiye Mwenye nguvu Mwenye kurehemu.
*at Allah’s help. He helps whomever He wishes, and He is the All-mighty, the All-merciful.
30:6
وَعْدَ اللَّهِ ۖ لَا يُخْلِفُ اللَّهُ وَعْدَهُ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
*Ni ahadi ya Mwenyezi Mungu. Mwenyezi Mungu havunji ahadi yake. Lakini watu wengi hawajui.
*[This is] a promise of Allah: Allah does not break His promise, but most people do not know.
30:7
يَعْلَمُونَ ظَاهِرًا مِنَ الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا وَهُمْ عَنِ الْآخِرَةِ هُمْ غَافِلُونَ
*Wanajua hali ya dhaahiri ya maisha ya dunia, na wameghafilika na Akhera.
*They know just an outward aspect of the life of the world, but they are oblivious of the Hereafter.
30:8
أَوَلَمْ يَتَفَكَّرُوا فِي أَنْفُسِهِمْ ۗ مَا خَلَقَ اللَّهُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا إِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ وَأَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى ۗ وَإِنَّ كَثِيرًا مِنَ النَّاسِ بِلِقَاءِ رَبِّهِمْ لَكَافِرُونَ
*Je! Hawajifikirii nafsi zao? Mwenyezi Mungu hakuumba mbingu na ardhi na viliomo ndani yake ila kwa Haki na kwa muda maalumu. Na hakika watu wengi bila ya shaka ni wenye kukataa kuwa watakutana na Mola wao Mlezi.
*Have they not reflected in their own souls? Allah did not create the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them except with consummate wisdom and for a specified term. Indeed many people disbelieve in the encounter with their Lord.
30:9
أَوَلَمْ يَسِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَيَنْظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ ۚ كَانُوا أَشَدَّ مِنْهُمْ قُوَّةً وَأَثَارُوا الْأَرْضَ وَعَمَرُوهَا أَكْثَرَ مِمَّا عَمَرُوهَا وَجَاءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُهُمْ بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ ۖ فَمَا كَانَ اللَّهُ لِيَظْلِمَهُمْ وَلَٰكِنْ كَانُوا أَنْفُسَهُمْ يَظْلِمُونَ
*Je! Hawatembei katika ardhi wakaona ulivyo kuwa mwisho wa walio kuwa kabla yao? Nao walikuwa na nguvu zaidi kuliko wao, na wakaitimbua ardhi na wakaistawisha zaidi kuliko walivyo istawisha wao. Na Mitume wao wakawajia na dalili zilizo wazi. Basi hakuwa Mwenyezi Mungu ni mwenye kuwadhulumu, lakini walikuwa wakijidhulumu nafsi zao.
*Have they not travelled in the land and seen how was the fate of those who were before them? They were more powerful than them, and they plowed the earth and developed it more than they have developed it. Their apostles brought them manifest proofs. So it was not Allah who wronged them, but it was they who used to wrong themselves.
30:10
ثُمَّ كَانَ عَاقِبَةَ الَّذِينَ أَسَاءُوا السُّوأَىٰ أَنْ كَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِ اللَّهِ وَكَانُوا بِهَا يَسْتَهْزِئُونَ
*Kisha ulikuwa mwisho wa walio fanya ubaya ni kuzikanusha Ishara za Mwenyezi Mungu, na wakawa wanazifanyia maskhara.
*Then the fate of those who committed misdeeds was that they denied the signs of Allah and they used to deride them.
30:11
اللَّهُ يَبْدَأُ الْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُ ثُمَّ إِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ
*Mwenyezi Mungu huanzisha uumbaji, tena akaurudisha mara ya pili, na kisha mtarejeshwa kwake.
*Allah originates the creation, then He will bring it back, then you will be brought back to Him.
30:12
وَيَوْمَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ يُبْلِسُ الْمُجْرِمُونَ
*Na itapo simama Saa wakosefu watakata tamaa.
*And when the Hour sets in, the guilty will despair.
30:13
وَلَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُمْ مِنْ شُرَكَائِهِمْ شُفَعَاءُ وَكَانُوا بِشُرَكَائِهِمْ كَافِرِينَ
*Wala hawatakuwa na waombezi miongoni mwa walio kuwa wakiwashirikisha na Mungu; na wao wenyewe watawakataa hao washirikishwa wao.
*None of those whom they ascribed as partners [to Allah] will intercede for them, and they will disavow their partners.
30:14
وَيَوْمَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ يَوْمَئِذٍ يَتَفَرَّقُونَ
*Na siku itapo simama Saa, siku hiyo watagawanyika.
*The day the Hour sets in, they will be divided on that day [in separate groups]:
30:15
فَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ فَهُمْ فِي رَوْضَةٍ يُحْبَرُونَ
*Ama walio amini na wakatenda mema watafurahishwa katika Bustani.
*As for those who have faith and do righteous deeds, they shall be in a garden, rejoicing.
30:16
وَأَمَّا الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَكَذَّبُوا بِآيَاتِنَا وَلِقَاءِ الْآخِرَةِ فَأُولَٰئِكَ فِي الْعَذَابِ مُحْضَرُونَ
*Na ama walio kufuru na wakazikanusha Ishara zetu na mkutano wa Akhera, hao basi watahudhurishwa katika adhabu.
*But as for those who were faithless and denied Our signs and the encounter of the Hereafter, they will be brought to the punishment.
30:17
فَسُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ حِينَ تُمْسُونَ وَحِينَ تُصْبِحُونَ
*Basi Subhanallah! Mtakaseni Mwenyezi Mungu jioni na asubuhi,
*So glorify Allah when you enter evening and when you rise at dawn.
30:18
وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَعَشِيًّا وَحِينَ تُظْهِرُونَ
*Na sifa zote njema ni zake katika mbingu na ardhi, na alasiri na adhuhuri.
*To Him belongs all praise in the heavens and the earth, at nightfall and when you enter noontime.
30:19
يُخْرِجُ الْحَيَّ مِنَ الْمَيِّتِ وَيُخْرِجُ الْمَيِّتَ مِنَ الْحَيِّ وَيُحْيِي الْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا ۚ وَكَذَٰلِكَ تُخْرَجُونَ
*Hukitoa kilicho hai kutokana na kilicho kufa, na hukitoa kilicho kufa kutokana na kilicho hai. Na huihuisha ardhi baada ya kufa kwake. Na kama hivyo ndivyo mtavyo fufuliwa.
*He brings forth the living from the dead, and brings forth the dead from the living, and revives the earth after its death. Likewise, you [too] shall be raised [from the dead].
30:20
وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ أَنْ خَلَقَكُمْ مِنْ تُرَابٍ ثُمَّ إِذَا أَنْتُمْ بَشَرٌ تَنْتَشِرُونَ
*Na katika Ishara zake ni kuwa kakuumbeni kwa udongo. Kisha mmekuwa watu mlio tawanyika kote kote.
*Of His signs is that He created you from dust, then, behold, you are humans scattering [all over]!
30:21
وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ أَنْ خَلَقَ لَكُمْ مِنْ أَنْفُسِكُمْ أَزْوَاجًا لِتَسْكُنُوا إِلَيْهَا وَجَعَلَ بَيْنَكُمْ مَوَدَّةً وَرَحْمَةً ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِقَوْمٍ يَتَفَكَّرُونَ
*Na katika Ishara zake ni kuwa amekuumbieni wake zenu kutokana na nafsi zenu ili mpate utulivu kwao. Naye amejaalia mapenzi na huruma baina yenu. Hakika katika haya bila ya shaka zipo Ishara kwa watu wanao fikiri.
*And of His signs is that He created for you mates from your own selves that you may take comfort in them, and He ordained affection and mercy between you. There are indeed signs in that for a people who reflect.
30:22
وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ خَلْقُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَاخْتِلَافُ أَلْسِنَتِكُمْ وَأَلْوَانِكُمْ ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِلْعَالِمِينَ
*Na katika Ishara zake ni kuumba mbingu na ardhi, na kutafautiana ndimi zenu na rangi zenu. Hakika katika hayo zipo Ishara kwa wajuzi.
*Among His signs is the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the difference of your languages and colours. There are indeed signs in that for those who know.
30:23
وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ مَنَامُكُمْ بِاللَّيْلِ وَالنَّهَارِ وَابْتِغَاؤُكُمْ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِقَوْمٍ يَسْمَعُونَ
*Na katika Ishara zake ni kulala kwenu usiku na mchana, na kutafuta kwenu fadhila zake. Hakika katika haya bila ya shaka zipo Ishara kwa watu wanao sikia.
*And of His signs is your sleep by night and day, and your pursuit of His bounty. There are indeed signs in that for a people who listen.
30:24
وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ يُرِيكُمُ الْبَرْقَ خَوْفًا وَطَمَعًا وَيُنَزِّلُ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ مَاءً فَيُحْيِي بِهِ الْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِقَوْمٍ يَعْقِلُونَ
*Na katika Ishara zake hukuonyesheni umeme kwa kukutieni khofu na tamaa. Na hukuteremshieni maji kutoka mbinguni, na kwa hayo huifufua ardhi baada ya kufa kwake. Hakika katika hayo zipo Ishara kwa watu wanao zingatia.
*And of His signs is that He shows you the lightning, arousing fear and hope, and He sends down water from the sky, and with it revives the earth after its death. There are indeed signs in that for people who exercise their reason.
30:25
وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ أَنْ تَقُومَ السَّمَاءُ وَالْأَرْضُ بِأَمْرِهِ ۚ ثُمَّ إِذَا دَعَاكُمْ دَعْوَةً مِنَ الْأَرْضِ إِذَا أَنْتُمْ تَخْرُجُونَ
*Na katika Ishara zake ni kuwa mbingu na ardhi zimesimama kwa amri yake. Kisha atakapo kuiteni mwito mmoja tu, hapo mtatoka kwenye ardhi.
*And of His signs is that the sky and the earth stand by His command, and then, when He calls you forth from the earth, behold, you will come forth.
30:26
وَلَهُ مَنْ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۖ كُلٌّ لَهُ قَانِتُونَ
*Na vyake Yeye vilivyo mbinguni na katika ardhi. Vyote vinamt´ii Yeye.
*To Him belongs whoever is in the heavens and the earth. All are obedient to Him.
30:27
وَهُوَ الَّذِي يَبْدَأُ الْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُ وَهُوَ أَهْوَنُ عَلَيْهِ ۚ وَلَهُ الْمَثَلُ الْأَعْلَىٰ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ ۚ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ
*Na Yeye ndiye anaye anzisha uumbaji, kisha ataurudisha mara nyengine. Na jambo hili ni jepesi zaidi kwake. Naye ndiye mwenye mfano bora katika mbingu na ardhi. Na Yeye ndiye Mwenye nguvu, Mwenye hikima.
*It is He who originates the creation, and then He will bring it back—and that is more simple for Him. His is the loftiest description in the heavens and the earth, and He is the All-mighty, the All-wise.
30:28
ضَرَبَ لَكُمْ مَثَلًا مِنْ أَنْفُسِكُمْ ۖ هَلْ لَكُمْ مِنْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ مِنْ شُرَكَاءَ فِي مَا رَزَقْنَاكُمْ فَأَنْتُمْ فِيهِ سَوَاءٌ تَخَافُونَهُمْ كَخِيفَتِكُمْ أَنْفُسَكُمْ ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ نُفَصِّلُ الْآيَاتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَعْقِلُونَ
*Amekupigieni mfano kutokana na nafsi zenu. Je! Katika hao iliyo wamiliki mikono yenu ya kulia mnao washirika katika hivyo tulivyo kuruzukuni, mkawa nyinyi katika hivyo ni sawasawa, mnawaogopa kama mnavyo ogopana wenyewe kwa wenyewe? Namna hivi tunazipambanua Aya zetu kwa watu wenye akili.
*He draws for you an example from yourselves: Do you have among your slaves any partners [who may share] in what We have provided you, so that you are equal in its respect, and you revere them as you revere one another? Thus do We elaborate the signs for people who exercise their reason.
30:29
بَلِ اتَّبَعَ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا أَهْوَاءَهُمْ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ ۖ فَمَنْ يَهْدِي مَنْ أَضَلَّ اللَّهُ ۖ وَمَا لَهُمْ مِنْ نَاصِرِينَ
*Bali walio dhulumu wamefuata mapendo ya nafsi zao pasina kujua. Basi nani atamwongoa ambaye Mwenyezi Mungu amemuacha apotee? Wala hao hawatakuwa na wa kuwanusuru.
*Indeed, the wrongdoers follow their own desires without any knowledge. So who will guide those whom Allah has led astray? They will have no helpers.
30:30
فَأَقِمْ وَجْهَكَ لِلدِّينِ حَنِيفًا ۚ فِطْرَتَ اللَّهِ الَّتِي فَطَرَ النَّاسَ عَلَيْهَا ۚ لَا تَبْدِيلَ لِخَلْقِ اللَّهِ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ الدِّينُ الْقَيِّمُ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكْثَرَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
*Basi uelekeze uso wako sawasawa kwenye Dini - ndilo umbile la Mwenyezi Mungu alilo waumbia watu. Hapana mabadiliko katika uumbaji wa Mwenyezi Mungu. Hiyo ndiyo Dini iliyo nyooka sawa. Lakini watu wengi hawajui.
*So set your heart as a person of pure faith on this religion, the original nature endowed by Allah according to which He originated mankind (There is no altering Allah’s creation; that is the upright religion, but most people do not know.)
30:31
مُنِيبِينَ إِلَيْهِ وَاتَّقُوهُ وَأَقِيمُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَلَا تَكُونُوا مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ
*Muwe wenye kutubia kwake, na mcheni Yeye, na shikeni Sala, na wala msiwe katika washirikina.
*—turning to Him in penitence, and be wary of Him, and maintain the prayer, and do not be one of the polytheists
30:32
مِنَ الَّذِينَ فَرَّقُوا دِينَهُمْ وَكَانُوا شِيَعًا ۖ كُلُّ حِزْبٍ بِمَا لَدَيْهِمْ فَرِحُونَ
*Katika wale ambao kwamba wameigawanya dini yao, na wakawa makundi makundi, kila kikundi kinafurahia kilicho nacho.
*—those who split up their religion and became sects: each faction boasting about what it possessed.
30:33
وَإِذَا مَسَّ النَّاسَ ضُرٌّ دَعَوْا رَبَّهُمْ مُنِيبِينَ إِلَيْهِ ثُمَّ إِذَا أَذَاقَهُمْ مِنْهُ رَحْمَةً إِذَا فَرِيقٌ مِنْهُمْ بِرَبِّهِمْ يُشْرِكُونَ
*Yakiwapata watu madhara humwomba Mola wao Mlezi nao wametubu kwake. Kisha akiwaonjesha rehema itokayo kwake, mara kikundi miongoni mwao humshirikisha Mola wao Mlezi,
*When distress befalls people, they supplicate their Lord, turning to Him in penitence. Then, when He lets them taste His mercy, behold, a part of them ascribe partners to their Lord,
30:34
لِيَكْفُرُوا بِمَا آتَيْنَاهُمْ ۚ فَتَمَتَّعُوا فَسَوْفَ تَعْلَمُونَ
*Kwa kuyakataa tuliyo wapa. Basi stareheni. Mtakuja jua!
*being ungrateful toward what We have given them. So let them enjoy. Soon they will know!
30:35
أَمْ أَنْزَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ سُلْطَانًا فَهُوَ يَتَكَلَّمُ بِمَا كَانُوا بِهِ يُشْرِكُونَ
*Au tumewateremshia hoja ambayo kwayo ndio wanafanya ushirikina?
*Have We sent down to them any authority which might assert what they associate with Him?
30:36
وَإِذَا أَذَقْنَا النَّاسَ رَحْمَةً فَرِحُوا بِهَا ۖ وَإِنْ تُصِبْهُمْ سَيِّئَةٌ بِمَا قَدَّمَتْ أَيْدِيهِمْ إِذَا هُمْ يَقْنَطُونَ
*Na watu tunapo waonjesha rehema huifurahia, na ukiwasibu uovu kwa iliyo yatanguliza mikono yao wenyewe, mara wanakata tamaa.
*When We let people taste [Our] mercy, they boast about it; but should an ill visit them because of what their hands have sent ahead, behold, they become despondent!
30:37
أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَبْسُطُ الرِّزْقَ لِمَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيَقْدِرُ ۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَآيَاتٍ لِقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ
*Kwani hawaoni kwamba Mwenyezi Mungu humkunjulia riziki amtakaye na humdhikisha amtakaye? Hakika katika hayo zipo Ishara kwa watu wanao amini.
*Do they not see that Allah expands the provision for whomever He wishes, and tightens it? There are indeed signs in that for a people who have faith.
30:38
فَآتِ ذَا الْقُرْبَىٰ حَقَّهُ وَالْمِسْكِينَ وَابْنَ السَّبِيلِ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ خَيْرٌ لِلَّذِينَ يُرِيدُونَ وَجْهَ اللَّهِ ۖ وَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُفْلِحُونَ
*Basi mpe jamaa haki yake, na masikini, na msafiri. Hayo ni kheri kwa watakao radhi ya Mwenyezi Mungu. Na hao ndio wenye kufanikiwa.
*Give the relative his due, and the needy and the traveller [as well]. That is better for those who seek Allah’s pleasure, and it is they who are the felicitous.
30:39
وَمَا آتَيْتُمْ مِنْ رِبًا لِيَرْبُوَ فِي أَمْوَالِ النَّاسِ فَلَا يَرْبُو عِنْدَ اللَّهِ ۖ وَمَا آتَيْتُمْ مِنْ زَكَاةٍ تُرِيدُونَ وَجْهَ اللَّهِ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْمُضْعِفُونَ
*Na mnacho kitoa kwa riba ili kiongezeke katika mali ya watu, basi hakiongezeki mbele ya Mwenyezi Mungu. Lakini mnacho kitoa kwa Zaka kwa kutaka radhi ya Mwenyezi Mungu, basi hao ndio watao zidishiwa.
*What you give in usury in order that it may increase people’s wealth does not increase with Allah. But what you pay as zakat seeking Allah’s pleasure—it is they who will be given a manifold increase.
30:40
اللَّهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُمْ ثُمَّ رَزَقَكُمْ ثُمَّ يُمِيتُكُمْ ثُمَّ يُحْيِيكُمْ ۖ هَلْ مِنْ شُرَكَائِكُمْ مَنْ يَفْعَلُ مِنْ ذَٰلِكُمْ مِنْ شَيْءٍ ۚ سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ
*Mwenyezi Mungu ndiye aliye kuumbeni, kisha akakuruzukuni, kisha anakufisheni, na kisha anakufufueni. Je! Yupo yeyote katika hao mnao washirikisha na Mwenyezi Mungu afanyae lolote katika hayo? Yeye ametakasika, na ametukuka na hayo mnayo mshirikisha naye.
*It is Allah who created you and then He provided for you, then He makes you die, then He will bring you to life. Is there anyone among your ‘partners’ who does anything of that kind? Immaculate is He and exalted above [having] any partners that they ascribe [to Him]!
30:41
ظَهَرَ الْفَسَادُ فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ أَيْدِي النَّاسِ لِيُذِيقَهُمْ بَعْضَ الَّذِي عَمِلُوا لَعَلَّهُمْ يَرْجِعُونَ
*Ufisadi umedhihiri bara na baharini kwa iliyo yafanya mikono ya watu, ili Mwenyezi Mungu awaonyeshe baadhi ya waliyo yatenda. Huenda wakarejea kwa kutubu.
*Corruption has appeared in land and sea because of the doings of the people’s hands, that He may make them taste something of what they have done, so that they may come back.
30:42
قُلْ سِيرُوا فِي الْأَرْضِ فَانْظُرُوا كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلُ ۚ كَانَ أَكْثَرُهُمْ مُشْرِكِينَ
*Sema: Safirini duniani muangalie ulikuwaje mwisho wa walio tangulia. Wengi wao walikuwa washirikina.
*Say, ‘Travel over the land, and see how was the fate of those who were before [you], most of whom were polytheists.’
30:43
فَأَقِمْ وَجْهَكَ لِلدِّينِ الْقَيِّمِ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ يَوْمٌ لَا مَرَدَّ لَهُ مِنَ اللَّهِ ۖ يَوْمَئِذٍ يَصَّدَّعُونَ
*Basi uelekeze uso wako kwenye Dini Iliyo Nyooka kabla ya kufika Siku hiyo isiyo zuilika, inayo toka kwa Mwenyezi Mungu. Siku hiyo watu watatengana.
*So set your heart on the upright religion, before there comes a day irrevocable from Allah. On that day they shall be split [into various groups].
30:44
مَنْ كَفَرَ فَعَلَيْهِ كُفْرُهُ ۖ وَمَنْ عَمِلَ صَالِحًا فَلِأَنْفُسِهِمْ يَمْهَدُونَ
*Anaye kufuru basi ukafiri wake utakuwa juu yake mwenyewe, na anaye tenda mema, basi wanazitengezea nafsi zao.
*Whoever is faithless shall face the consequences of his faithlessness, and those who act righteously only prepare for their own souls,
30:45
لِيَجْزِيَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ ۚ إِنَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ الْكَافِرِينَ
*Ili awalipe walio amini na wakatenda mema kutokana na fadhila yake. Hakika Yeye hawapendi makafiri.
*so that He may reward those who have faith and do righteous deeds out of His grace. Indeed, He does not like the faithless.
30:46
وَمِنْ آيَاتِهِ أَنْ يُرْسِلَ الرِّيَاحَ مُبَشِّرَاتٍ وَلِيُذِيقَكُمْ مِنْ رَحْمَتِهِ وَلِتَجْرِيَ الْفُلْكُ بِأَمْرِهِ وَلِتَبْتَغُوا مِنْ فَضْلِهِ وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ
*Na katika Ishara zake ni kuzituma pepo ziletazo bishara njema, na ili kukuonjesheni baadhi ya rehema zake, na ili majahazi yende kwa amri yake; na mtafute kutokana na fadhila yake, na ili mumshukuru.
*And of His signs is that He sends the winds as bearers of good news and to let you taste of His mercy, and that the ships may sail by His command, and that you may seek of His bounty, and so that you may give [Him] thanks.
30:47
وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مِنْ قَبْلِكَ رُسُلًا إِلَىٰ قَوْمِهِمْ فَجَاءُوهُمْ بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَانْتَقَمْنَا مِنَ الَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا ۖ وَكَانَ حَقًّا عَلَيْنَا نَصْرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ
*Na hakika tulikwisha watuma Mitume kwa kaumu zao, na wakawajia kwa hoja zilizo wazi. Tukawaadhibu wale walio fanya ukosefu. Na ilikuwa ni haki juu yetu kuwanusuru Waumini.
*Certainly We sent apostles to their people before you, and they brought them manifest proofs. Then We took vengeance upon those who were guilty, and it was a must for Us to help the faithful.
30:48
اللَّهُ الَّذِي يُرْسِلُ الرِّيَاحَ فَتُثِيرُ سَحَابًا فَيَبْسُطُهُ فِي السَّمَاءِ كَيْفَ يَشَاءُ وَيَجْعَلُهُ كِسَفًا فَتَرَى الْوَدْقَ يَخْرُجُ مِنْ خِلَالِهِ ۖ فَإِذَا أَصَابَ بِهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِ إِذَا هُمْ يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ
*Mwenyezi Mungu ndiye anaye zituma pepo zikayatimua mawingu, kisha akayatandaza mbinguni kama apendavyo. Na akayafanya mapande mapande, basi ukaiona mvua inatoka ndani yake. Anapo wafikishia awatakao katika waja wake, mara hao huwa na furaha.
*It is Allah who sends the winds. Then they generate a cloud, then He spreads it as He wishes in the sky, and forms it into fragments, whereat you see the rain issuing from its midst. Then, when He strikes with it whomever of His servants that He wishes, behold, they rejoice;
30:49
وَإِنْ كَانُوا مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ يُنَزَّلَ عَلَيْهِمْ مِنْ قَبْلِهِ لَمُبْلِسِينَ
*Na ingawa kabla ya kuteremshiwa walikuwa wenye kukata tamaa.
*and indeed they had been despondent earlier, before it was sent down upon them.
30:50
فَانْظُرْ إِلَىٰ آثَارِ رَحْمَتِ اللَّهِ كَيْفَ يُحْيِي الْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَا ۚ إِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ لَمُحْيِي الْمَوْتَىٰ ۖ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
*Basi ziangalie athari za rehema ya Mwenyezi Mungu, jinsi anavyo ihuisha ardhi baada ya kufa kwake. Basi hakika huyo ndiye bila ya shaka Mwenye kuhuisha wafu. Na Yeye ni Muweza wa kila kitu.
*So observe the effects of Allah’s mercy: how He revives the earth after its death! Indeed He is the reviver of the dead, and He has power over all things.
30:51
وَلَئِنْ أَرْسَلْنَا رِيحًا فَرَأَوْهُ مُصْفَرًّا لَظَلُّوا مِنْ بَعْدِهِ يَكْفُرُونَ
*Na tunge utuma upepo na wakauona umekuwa rangi ya manjano, juu ya hayo wange endelea kukufuru.
*And if We send a wind and they see it turn yellow, they will surely become ungrateful after that.
30:52
فَإِنَّكَ لَا تُسْمِعُ الْمَوْتَىٰ وَلَا تُسْمِعُ الصُّمَّ الدُّعَاءَ إِذَا وَلَّوْا مُدْبِرِينَ
*Kwani wewe hakika huwafanyi maiti wakasikia, wala viziwi wakasikia wito wakisha geuka kukupa mgongo.
*Indeed you cannot make the dead hear, nor can you make the deaf hear the call when they turn their backs [upon you],
30:53
وَمَا أَنْتَ بِهَادِ الْعُمْيِ عَنْ ضَلَالَتِهِمْ ۖ إِنْ تُسْمِعُ إِلَّا مَنْ يُؤْمِنُ بِآيَاتِنَا فَهُمْ مُسْلِمُونَ
*Wala wewe huwaongoi vipofu na upotovu wao. Huwasikilizishi ila wanao ziamini Aya zetu. Hao ndio Waislamu, walio nyenyekea.
*nor can you lead the blind out of their error. You can make only those hear who have faith in Our signs and have submitted.
30:54
اللَّهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَكُمْ مِنْ ضَعْفٍ ثُمَّ جَعَلَ مِنْ بَعْدِ ضَعْفٍ قُوَّةً ثُمَّ جَعَلَ مِنْ بَعْدِ قُوَّةٍ ضَعْفًا وَشَيْبَةً ۚ يَخْلُقُ مَا يَشَاءُ ۖ وَهُوَ الْعَلِيمُ الْقَدِيرُ
*Mwenyezi Mungu ndiye aliye kuumbeni kutokana na udhaifu kisha akajaalia nguvu baada ya unyonge, kisha akajaalia baada ya nguvu unyonge tena na ukongwe. Anaumba atakavyo. Naye ndiye Mjuzi, Mwenye uweza.
*It is Allah who created you from [a state of] weakness, then He gave you power after weakness. Then, after power, He ordained weakness and old age: He creates whatever He wishes, and He is the All-knowing, the All-powerful.
30:55
وَيَوْمَ تَقُومُ السَّاعَةُ يُقْسِمُ الْمُجْرِمُونَ مَا لَبِثُوا غَيْرَ سَاعَةٍ ۚ كَذَٰلِكَ كَانُوا يُؤْفَكُونَ
*Na siku itapo simama Saa wakosefu wataapa kwamba hawakukaa duniani ila saa moja tu. Hivyo ndivyo walivyo kuwa wakipotozwa.
*On the day when the Hour sets in, the guilty will swear that they had remained only for an hour. That is how they were used to lying [in the world].
30:56
وَقَالَ الَّذِينَ أُوتُوا الْعِلْمَ وَالْإِيمَانَ لَقَدْ لَبِثْتُمْ فِي كِتَابِ اللَّهِ إِلَىٰ يَوْمِ الْبَعْثِ ۖ فَهَٰذَا يَوْمُ الْبَعْثِ وَلَٰكِنَّكُمْ كُنْتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَ
*Na walio pewa ilimu na Imani watasema: Hakika nyinyi mlikwisha kaa katika hukumu ya Mwenyezi Mungu mpaka Siku ya kufufuliwa. Basi hii ndiyo Siku ya kufufuliwa! Lakini nyinyi mlikuwa hamuijui.
*But those who were given knowledge and faith will say, ‘Certainly you remained in Allah’s Book until the Day of Resurrection. This is the Day of Resurrection, but you did not know.’
30:57
فَيَوْمَئِذٍ لَا يَنْفَعُ الَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا مَعْذِرَتُهُمْ وَلَا هُمْ يُسْتَعْتَبُونَ
*Basi Siku hiyo hautawafaa walio dhulumu udhuru wao, wala haitotakiwa toba yao.
*On that day, the excuses of the wrongdoers will not benefit them, nor will they be asked to propitiate [Allah].
30:58
وَلَقَدْ ضَرَبْنَا لِلنَّاسِ فِي هَٰذَا الْقُرْآنِ مِنْ كُلِّ مَثَلٍ ۚ وَلَئِنْ جِئْتَهُمْ بِآيَةٍ لَيَقُولَنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا إِنْ أَنْتُمْ إِلَّا مُبْطِلُونَ
*Na hakika tulikwisha wapigia watu kila mfano katika hii Qur´ani. Na ukiwaletea Ishara yoyote hapana shaka walio kufuru watasema: Nyinyi si chochote ila ni waongo.
*Certainly we have drawn for mankind in this Quran every [kind of] parable. Indeed if you bring them a sign, the faithless will surely say, ‘You are nothing but fabricators!’
30:59
كَذَٰلِكَ يَطْبَعُ اللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِ الَّذِينَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ
*Hivi ndivyo Mwenyezi Mungu anavyo piga muhuri kwenye nyoyo za wasio jua.
*Thus does Allah seal the hearts of those who do not know.
30:60
فَاصْبِرْ إِنَّ وَعْدَ اللَّهِ حَقٌّ ۖ وَلَا يَسْتَخِفَّنَّكَ الَّذِينَ لَا يُوقِنُونَ
*Basi subiri. Hakika ahadi ya Mwenyezi Mungu ni ya haki. Wala wasikupaparishe hao wasio kuwa na yakini.
*So be patient! Allah’s promise is indeed true. And do not let yourself be upset by those who have no conviction.
