Sura 67 - Al-Mulk

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
Kwa Jina La Mwenyezi Mungu, Mwingi Wa Rehema, Mwenye Kurehemu.
67:1
تَبَارَكَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ الْمُلْكُ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
*AMETUKUKA ambaye mkononi mwake umo Ufalme wote; na Yeye ni Mwenye uweza juu ya kila kitu.
*Blessed is He in whose hands is all sovereignty, and He has power over all things.
67:2
الَّذِي خَلَقَ الْمَوْتَ وَالْحَيَاةَ لِيَبْلُوَكُمْ أَيُّكُمْ أَحْسَنُ عَمَلًا ۚ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْغَفُورُ
*Ambaye ameumba mauti na uhai ili kukujaribuni ni nani miongoni mwenu mwenye vitendo vizuri zaidi. Na Yeye ni Mwenye nguvu na Mwenye msamaha.
*He, who created death and life that He may test you [to see] which of you is best in conduct. And He is the All-mighty, the All-forgiving.
67:3
الَّذِي خَلَقَ سَبْعَ سَمَاوَاتٍ طِبَاقًا ۖ مَا تَرَىٰ فِي خَلْقِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ مِنْ تَفَاوُتٍ ۖ فَارْجِعِ الْبَصَرَ هَلْ تَرَىٰ مِنْ فُطُورٍ
*Aliye umba mbingu saba kwa matabaka. Huoni tafauti yoyote katika uumbaji wa Mwingi wa Rehema. Hebu rudisha nadhari! Unaona kosa lolote?
*He created seven heavens in layers. You do not see any discordance in the creation of the All-beneficent. Look again! Do you see any flaw?
67:4
ثُمَّ ارْجِعِ الْبَصَرَ كَرَّتَيْنِ يَنْقَلِبْ إِلَيْكَ الْبَصَرُ خَاسِئًا وَهُوَ حَسِيرٌ
*Tena rudisha nadhari mara mbili, nadhari yako itakurejea mwenyewe hali ya kuwa imehizika nayo imechoka.
*Look again, once more. Your look will return to you humbled and weary.
67:5
وَلَقَدْ زَيَّنَّا السَّمَاءَ الدُّنْيَا بِمَصَابِيحَ وَجَعَلْنَاهَا رُجُومًا لِلشَّيَاطِينِ ۖ وَأَعْتَدْنَا لَهُمْ عَذَابَ السَّعِيرِ
*Na kwa hakika tumeipamba mbingu ya karibu kwa mataa, na tumeyafanya ili kuwapigia mashetani, na tumewaandalia adhabu ya Moto uwakao kwa nguvu.
*We have certainly adorned the lowest heaven with lamps, and made them [the means of pelting] missiles against the devils, and We have prepared for them a punishment of the Blaze.
67:6
وَلِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا بِرَبِّهِمْ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَ ۖ وَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيرُ
*Na kwa walio mkufuru Mola wao Mlezi ipo adhabu ya Jahannamu. Na ni marejeo maovu yalioje hayo!
*For those who defy their Lord is the punishment of hell, and it is an evil destination.
67:7
إِذَا أُلْقُوا فِيهَا سَمِعُوا لَهَا شَهِيقًا وَهِيَ تَفُورُ
*Watakapo tupwa humo watausikia mngurumo wake na huku inafoka.
*When they are thrown in it, they hear it blaring, as it seethes,
67:8
تَكَادُ تَمَيَّزُ مِنَ الْغَيْظِ ۖ كُلَّمَا أُلْقِيَ فِيهَا فَوْجٌ سَأَلَهُمْ خَزَنَتُهَا أَلَمْ يَأْتِكُمْ نَذِيرٌ
*Inakaribia kupasuka kwa hasira. Kila mara likitupwa kundi humo walinzi wake huwauliza: Kwani hakukujieni mwonyaji?
*almost exploding with rage. Whenever a group is thrown in it, its keepers will ask them, ‘Did not any warner come to you?’
67:9
قَالُوا بَلَىٰ قَدْ جَاءَنَا نَذِيرٌ فَكَذَّبْنَا وَقُلْنَا مَا نَزَّلَ اللَّهُ مِنْ شَيْءٍ إِنْ أَنْتُمْ إِلَّا فِي ضَلَالٍ كَبِيرٍ
*Watasema: Kwani! Ametujia mwonyaji, lakini tulimkadhibisha, na tukasema: Mwenyezi Mungu hakuteremsha chochote. Nyinyi hamumo ila katika upotovu mkubwa!
*They will say, ‘Yes, a warner did come to us, but we impugned [him] and said, ‘Allah did not send down anything; you are only in great error.’
67:10
وَقَالُوا لَوْ كُنَّا نَسْمَعُ أَوْ نَعْقِلُ مَا كُنَّا فِي أَصْحَابِ السَّعِيرِ
*Na watasema: Lau kuwa tungeli sikia, au tungeli kuwa na akili, tusingeli kuwa katika watu wa Motoni!
*And they will say, ‘Had we listened or applied reason, we would not have been among inmates of the Blaze.’
67:11
فَاعْتَرَفُوا بِذَنْبِهِمْ فَسُحْقًا لِأَصْحَابِ السَّعِيرِ
*Wakakiri dhambi zao. Basi kuangamia ni kwa watu wa Motoni!
*Thus they will admit their sin. So away with the inmates of the Blaze!
67:12
إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَخْشَوْنَ رَبَّهُمْ بِالْغَيْبِ لَهُمْ مَغْفِرَةٌ وَأَجْرٌ كَبِيرٌ
*Hakika wanao mwogopa Mola wao Mlezi kwa ghaibu, watapata maghfira na ujira mkubwa.
*Indeed for those who fear their Lord in secret there will be forgiveness and a great reward.
67:13
وَأَسِرُّوا قَوْلَكُمْ أَوِ اجْهَرُوا بِهِ ۖ إِنَّهُ عَلِيمٌ بِذَاتِ الصُّدُورِ
*Na ficheni kauli zenu, au zitangazeni; hakika Yeye ni Mjuzi wa yaliyomo vifuani.
*Speak secretly, or do so openly, indeed He knows well what is in the breasts.
67:14
أَلَا يَعْلَمُ مَنْ خَلَقَ وَهُوَ اللَّطِيفُ الْخَبِيرُ
*Asijue aliye umba, naye ndiye Mjua siri, Mwenye khabari?
*Would He who has created not know? And He is the All-attentive, the All-aware.
67:15
هُوَ الَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ الْأَرْضَ ذَلُولًا فَامْشُوا فِي مَنَاكِبِهَا وَكُلُوا مِنْ رِزْقِهِ ۖ وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُورُ
*Yeye ndiye aliye idhalilisha ardhi kwa faida yenu, basi tembeeni katika pande zake, na kuleni katika riziki zake. Na kwake Yeye ndio kufufuliwa.
*It is He who made the earth tractable for you; so walk on its flanks and eat of His provision, and towards Him is the resurrection.
67:16
أَأَمِنْتُمْ مَنْ فِي السَّمَاءِ أَنْ يَخْسِفَ بِكُمُ الْأَرْضَ فَإِذَا هِيَ تَمُورُ
*Mnadhani mko salama kwa alioko juu kuwa hatakudidimizeni kwenye ardhi, na tahamaki hiyo inatikisika!
*Are you secure that He who is in the sky will not make the earth swallow you while it quakes?
67:17
أَمْ أَمِنْتُمْ مَنْ فِي السَّمَاءِ أَنْ يُرْسِلَ عَلَيْكُمْ حَاصِبًا ۖ فَسَتَعْلَمُونَ كَيْفَ نَذِيرِ
*Au mnadhani mko salama kwa alioko juu ya kuwa Yeye hakupelekeeni kimbunga chenye changarawe? Mtajua vipi maonyo yangu?
*Are you secure that He who is in the sky will not unleash upon you a rain of stones? Soon you will know how My warning has been!
67:18
وَلَقَدْ كَذَّبَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ فَكَيْفَ كَانَ نَكِيرِ
*Na bila ya shaka walikwisha kanusha walio kuwa kabla yao; basi kulikuwaje kukasirika kwangu?
*Certainly those who were before them had impugned [My apostles]; but then how was My rebuttal!
67:19
أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا إِلَى الطَّيْرِ فَوْقَهُمْ صَافَّاتٍ وَيَقْبِضْنَ ۚ مَا يُمْسِكُهُنَّ إِلَّا الرَّحْمَٰنُ ۚ إِنَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ بَصِيرٌ
*Kwani hawawaoni ndege walioko juu yao namna wanavyo zikunjua mbawa zao, na kuzikunja? Hawawashikilii ila Mwingi wa rehema. Hakika Yeye ni Mwenye kuona kila kitu.
*Have they not regarded the birds above them spreading and closing their wings? No one sustains them except the All-beneficent. Indeed, He watches all things.
67:20
أَمَّنْ هَٰذَا الَّذِي هُوَ جُنْدٌ لَكُمْ يَنْصُرُكُمْ مِنْ دُونِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ ۚ إِنِ الْكَافِرُونَ إِلَّا فِي غُرُورٍ
*Au ni lipi hilo jeshi lenu la kukunusuruni badala ya Mwingi wa Rehema? Hakika makafiri hawamo ila katika udanganyifu.
*Who is it that is your host who may help you, besides the All-beneficent? The faithless only dwell in delusion.
67:21
أَمَّنْ هَٰذَا الَّذِي يَرْزُقُكُمْ إِنْ أَمْسَكَ رِزْقَهُ ۚ بَلْ لَجُّوا فِي عُتُوٍّ وَنُفُورٍ
*Au ni nani huyo ambaye atakupeni riziki kama Yeye akizuia riziki yake? Bali wao wanakakamia tu katika jeuri na chuki.
*Who is it that may provide for you if He withholds His provision? Indeed, they persist in defiance and aversion.
67:22
أَفَمَنْ يَمْشِي مُكِبًّا عَلَىٰ وَجْهِهِ أَهْدَىٰ أَمَّنْ يَمْشِي سَوِيًّا عَلَىٰ صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍ
*Je! Anaye kwenda akisinukia juu ya uso wake ni mwongofu zaidi, au yule anaye kwenda sawasawa katika Njia Iliyo Nyooka?
*Is he who walks prone on his face better guided, or he who walks upright on a straight path?
67:23
قُلْ هُوَ الَّذِي أَنْشَأَكُمْ وَجَعَلَ لَكُمُ السَّمْعَ وَالْأَبْصَارَ وَالْأَفْئِدَةَ ۖ قَلِيلًا مَا تَشْكُرُونَ
*Sema: Yeye ndiye aliye kuumbeni tangu mwanzo, na akakupeni masikio na macho, na nyoyo. Ni kidogo kabisa shukrani zenu.
*Say, ‘It is He who created you, and made for you hearing, eyesight, and hearts. Little do you thank.’
67:24
قُلْ هُوَ الَّذِي ذَرَأَكُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَإِلَيْهِ تُحْشَرُونَ
*Sema: Yeye ndiye aliye kutawanyeni katika ardhi, na kwake mtakusanywa.
*Say, ‘It is He who created you on the earth, and toward Him you will be mustered.’
67:25
وَيَقُولُونَ مَتَىٰ هَٰذَا الْوَعْدُ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ صَادِقِينَ
*Na wanasema: Lini ahadi hii, ikiwa mnasema kweli?
*They say, ‘When will this promise be fulfilled, if you are truthful?’
67:26
قُلْ إِنَّمَا الْعِلْمُ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ وَإِنَّمَا أَنَا نَذِيرٌ مُبِينٌ
*Sema: Hakika ujuzi wake uko kwa Mwenyezi Mungu; na hakika mimi ni mwonyaji tu mwenye kubainisha.
*Say, ‘Its knowledge is only with Allah; I am only a manifest warner.’
67:27
فَلَمَّا رَأَوْهُ زُلْفَةً سِيئَتْ وُجُوهُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا وَقِيلَ هَٰذَا الَّذِي كُنْتُمْ بِهِ تَدَّعُونَ
*Lakini watakapo iona karibu, nyuso za walio kufuru zitahuzunishwa, na itasemwa: Hayo ndiyo mliyo kuwa mkiyaomba.
*When they see it brought near, the countenances of the faithless will be contorted, and [they will be] told, ‘This is what you were asking for!’
67:28
قُلْ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِنْ أَهْلَكَنِيَ اللَّهُ وَمَنْ مَعِيَ أَوْ رَحِمَنَا فَمَنْ يُجِيرُ الْكَافِرِينَ مِنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ
*Sema: Mwaonaje, ikiwa Mwenyezi Mungu atanihiliki mimi na walio pamoja nami, au akiturehemu, ni nani atakaye walinda makafiri na adhabu chungu?
*Say, ‘Tell me, whether Allah destroys me and those who are with me, or He has mercy on us, who will shelter the faithless from a painful punishment?’
67:29
قُلْ هُوَ الرَّحْمَٰنُ آمَنَّا بِهِ وَعَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْنَا ۖ فَسَتَعْلَمُونَ مَنْ هُوَ فِي ضَلَالٍ مُبِينٍ
*Sema: Yeye ndiye Mwingi wa Rehema; tunamuamini Yeye, na juu yake tunategemea. Mtakuja jua ni nani aliye katika upotovu ulio dhaahiri.
*Say, ‘He is the All-beneficent; we have faith in Him, and in Him do we trust. Soon you will know who is in manifest error.’
67:30
قُلْ أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِنْ أَصْبَحَ مَاؤُكُمْ غَوْرًا فَمَنْ يَأْتِيكُمْ بِمَاءٍ مَعِينٍ
*Sema: Mwaonaje, yakiwa maji yenu yamedidimia chini, nani atakueleteeni maji yanayo miminika?
*Say, ‘Tell me, should your water sink down [into the ground], who will bring you running water?’
