Sura 69 - Al-Haaqqa

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
Kwa Jina La Mwenyezi Mungu, Mwingi Wa Rehema, Mwenye Kurehemu.
69:1
الْحَاقَّةُ
*Tukio la haki.
*The Besieger!
69:2
مَا الْحَاقَّةُ
*Nini hilo Tukio la haki?
*What is the Besieger?!
69:3
وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا الْحَاقَّةُ
*Na nini kitakujuulisha nini hilo Tukio la haki?
*What will show you what is the Besieger?!
69:4
كَذَّبَتْ ثَمُودُ وَعَادٌ بِالْقَارِعَةِ
*Thamudi na A´di waliukadhibisha Msiba unao situsha.
*Thamudand ‘Ad denied the Cataclysm.
69:5
فَأَمَّا ثَمُودُ فَأُهْلِكُوا بِالطَّاغِيَةِ
*Basi Thamudi waliangamizwa kwa balaa kubwa mno.
*As for Thamud, they were destroyed by the Cry.
69:6
وَأَمَّا عَادٌ فَأُهْلِكُوا بِرِيحٍ صَرْصَرٍ عَاتِيَةٍ
*Na ama A´di waliangamizwa kwa upepo mkali usio zuilika.
*And as for ‘Ad, they were destroyed by a fierce icy gale,
69:7
سَخَّرَهَا عَلَيْهِمْ سَبْعَ لَيَالٍ وَثَمَانِيَةَ أَيَّامٍ حُسُومًا فَتَرَى الْقَوْمَ فِيهَا صَرْعَىٰ كَأَنَّهُمْ أَعْجَازُ نَخْلٍ خَاوِيَةٍ
*Alio wapelekea masiku saba, na siku nane, mfululizo bila ya kusita. Utaona watu wamepinduka kama kwamba ni magongo ya mitende yalio wazi ndani.
*which He clamped on them for seven gruelling nights and eight days, so that you could see the people there lying about prostrate as if they were hollow trunks of palm trees.
69:8
فَهَلْ تَرَىٰ لَهُمْ مِنْ بَاقِيَةٍ
*Basi je! Unamwona mmoja wao aliye baki?
*So do you see any remaining trace of them?
69:9
وَجَاءَ فِرْعَوْنُ وَمَنْ قَبْلَهُ وَالْمُؤْتَفِكَاتُ بِالْخَاطِئَةِ
*Na Firauni na walio mtangulia, na miji iliyo pinduliwa chini juu, walileta khatia.
*Then Pharaoh and those who were before him, and the towns that were overturned, brought about iniquity.
69:10
فَعَصَوْا رَسُولَ رَبِّهِمْ فَأَخَذَهُمْ أَخْذَةً رَابِيَةً
*Wakamuasi Mtume wa Mola wao Mlezi, ndipo Yeye Mola akawakamata kwa mkamato ulio zidi nguvu.
*They disobeyed the apostle of their Lord, so He seized them with a terrible seizing.
69:11
إِنَّا لَمَّا طَغَى الْمَاءُ حَمَلْنَاكُمْ فِي الْجَارِيَةِ
*Maji yalipo furika Sisi tulikupandisheni katika safina,
*Indeed when the Flood rose high, We carried you in a floating ark,
69:12
لِنَجْعَلَهَا لَكُمْ تَذْكِرَةً وَتَعِيَهَا أُذُنٌ وَاعِيَةٌ
*Ili tuyafanye hayo kuwa ni waadhi kwenu na kila sikio linalo sikia liyahifadhi.
*that We might make it a reminder for you, and that receptive ears might remember it.
69:13
فَإِذَا نُفِخَ فِي الصُّورِ نَفْخَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ
*Na litapo pulizwa barugumu mpulizo mmoja tu,
*When the Trumpet is blown with a single blast
69:14
وَحُمِلَتِ الْأَرْضُ وَالْجِبَالُ فَدُكَّتَا دَكَّةً وَاحِدَةً
*Na ardhi na milima ikaondolewa, na ikavunjwa kwa mvunjo mmoja,
*and the earth and the mountains are lifted and levelled with a single levelling,
69:15
فَيَوْمَئِذٍ وَقَعَتِ الْوَاقِعَةُ
*Siku hiyo ndio Tukio litatukia.
*then, on that day, will the Imminent [Hour] befall
69:16
وَانْشَقَّتِ السَّمَاءُ فَهِيَ يَوْمَئِذٍ وَاهِيَةٌ
*Na mbingu zitapasuka, kwani siku hiyo zitakuwa dhaifu kabisa.
*and the sky will be split open—for it will be frail on that day—
69:17
وَالْمَلَكُ عَلَىٰ أَرْجَائِهَا ۚ وَيَحْمِلُ عَرْشَ رَبِّكَ فَوْقَهُمْ يَوْمَئِذٍ ثَمَانِيَةٌ
*Na Malaika watakuwa pembezoni mwa mbingu; na wanane juu ya hawa watakuwa wamebeba Kiti cha Enzi cha Mola wako Mlezi.
*with the angels all over it, and the Throne of your Lord will be borne that day by eight [angels].
69:18
يَوْمَئِذٍ تُعْرَضُونَ لَا تَخْفَىٰ مِنْكُمْ خَافِيَةٌ
*Siku hiyo mtahudhurishwa - haitafichika siri yoyote yenu.
*That day you will be presented [before your Lord]: none of your secrets will remain hidden.
69:19
فَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِيَ كِتَابَهُ بِيَمِينِهِ فَيَقُولُ هَاؤُمُ اقْرَءُوا كِتَابِيَهْ
*Basi ama atakaye pewa kitabu chake kwa mkono wake wa kulia, atasema: Haya someni kitabu changu!
*As for him who is given his book in his right hand, he will say, ‘Here, take and read my book!
69:20
إِنِّي ظَنَنْتُ أَنِّي مُلَاقٍ حِسَابِيَهْ
*Hakika nalijua ya kuwa nitapokea hisabu yangu.
*Indeed I knew that I will encounter my account [of deeds].’
69:21
فَهُوَ فِي عِيشَةٍ رَاضِيَةٍ
*Basi yeye atakuwa katika maisha ya kupendeza,
*So he will have a pleasant life,
69:22
فِي جَنَّةٍ عَالِيَةٍ
*Katika Bustani ya juu,
*in an elevated garden,
69:23
قُطُوفُهَا دَانِيَةٌ
*Matunda yake yakaribu.
*whose clusters [of fruits] will be within easy reach.
69:24
كُلُوا وَاشْرَبُوا هَنِيئًا بِمَا أَسْلَفْتُمْ فِي الْأَيَّامِ الْخَالِيَةِ
*Waambiwe: Kuleni na mnywe kwa furaha kwa sababu ya mlivyo tanguliza katika siku zilizo pita.
*[He will be told]: ‘Enjoy your food and drink, for what you had sent in advance in past days [for your future life].’
69:25
وَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِيَ كِتَابَهُ بِشِمَالِهِ فَيَقُولُ يَا لَيْتَنِي لَمْ أُوتَ كِتَابِيَهْ
*Na ama atakaye pewa kitabu chake katika mkono wake wa kushoto, basi yeye atasema: Laiti nisingeli pewa kitabu changu!
*But as for him who is given his book in his left hand, he will say, ‘I wish I had not been given my book,
69:26
وَلَمْ أَدْرِ مَا حِسَابِيَهْ
*Wala nisingeli jua nini hisabu yangu.
*nor had I ever known what my account is!
69:27
يَا لَيْتَهَا كَانَتِ الْقَاضِيَةَ
*Laiti mauti ndiyo yangeli kuwa ya kunimaliza kabisa.
*I wish death had been the end of it all!
69:28
مَا أَغْنَىٰ عَنِّي مَالِيَهْ ۜ
*Mali yangu hayakunifaa kitu.
*My wealth did not avail me.
69:29
هَلَكَ عَنِّي سُلْطَانِيَهْ
*Madaraka yangu yamenipotea.
*My authority has left me.’
69:30
خُذُوهُ فَغُلُّوهُ
*(Pasemwe): Mshikeni! Mtieni pingu!
*[The angels will be told:] ‘Seize him, and fetter him!
69:31
ثُمَّ الْجَحِيمَ صَلُّوهُ
*Kisha mtupeni Motoni!
*Then put him into hell.
69:32
ثُمَّ فِي سِلْسِلَةٍ ذَرْعُهَا سَبْعُونَ ذِرَاعًا فَاسْلُكُوهُ
*Tena mtatizeni katika mnyororo wenye urefu wa dhiraa sabiini!
*Then bind him in a chain, seventy cubits in length.
69:33
إِنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ الْعَظِيمِ
*Kwani huyo hakika alikuwa hamuamini Mwenyezi Mungu Mtukufu,
*Indeed he had no faith in Allah, the All-supreme,
69:34
وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ الْمِسْكِينِ
*Wala hahimizi kulisha masikini.
*and he did not urge the feeding of the needy,
69:35
فَلَيْسَ لَهُ الْيَوْمَ هَاهُنَا حَمِيمٌ
*Basi leo hapa hana jamaa wa kumwonea uchungu,
*so he has no friend here today,
69:36
وَلَا طَعَامٌ إِلَّا مِنْ غِسْلِينٍ
*Wala hana chakula ila usaha wa watu wa Motoni.
*nor any food except pus,
69:37
لَا يَأْكُلُهُ إِلَّا الْخَاطِئُونَ
*Chakula hicho hawakili ila wakosefu.
*which no one shall eat except the iniquitous.’
69:38
فَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِمَا تُبْصِرُونَ
*Basi naapa kwa mnavyo viona,
*I swear by what you see
69:39
وَمَا لَا تُبْصِرُونَ
*Na msivyo viona,
*and what you do not see:
69:40
إِنَّهُ لَقَوْلُ رَسُولٍ كَرِيمٍ
*Kwa hakika hii ni kauli iliyo letwa na Mjumbe mwenye hishima.
*it is indeed the speech of a noble apostle
69:41
وَمَا هُوَ بِقَوْلِ شَاعِرٍ ۚ قَلِيلًا مَا تُؤْمِنُونَ
*Wala si kauli ya mtunga mashairi. Ni machache sana mnayo yaamini.
*and it is not the speech of a poet. Little is the faith that you have!
69:42
وَلَا بِقَوْلِ كَاهِنٍ ۚ قَلِيلًا مَا تَذَكَّرُونَ
*Wala si kauli ya kuhani. Ni machache mnayo yakumbuka.
*Nor is it the speech of a soothsayer. Little is the admonition that you take!
69:43
تَنْزِيلٌ مِنْ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ
*Ni uteremsho utokao kwa Mola Mlezi wa walimwengu wote.
*Gradually sent down from the Lord of all the worlds.
69:44
وَلَوْ تَقَوَّلَ عَلَيْنَا بَعْضَ الْأَقَاوِيلِ
*Na lau kama angeli tuzulia baadhi ya maneno tu,
*Had he faked any sayings in Our name,
69:45
لَأَخَذْنَا مِنْهُ بِالْيَمِينِ
*Bila ya shaka tungeli mshika kwa mkono wa kulia,
*We would have surely seized him by the right hand
69:46
ثُمَّ لَقَطَعْنَا مِنْهُ الْوَتِينَ
*Kisha kwa hakika tungeli mkata mshipa mkubwa wa moyo!
*and then cut off his aorta,
69:47
فَمَا مِنْكُمْ مِنْ أَحَدٍ عَنْهُ حَاجِزِينَ
*Na hapana yeyote katika nyinyi ambaye angeli weza kutuzuia.
*and none of you could have held Us off from him.
69:48
وَإِنَّهُ لَتَذْكِرَةٌ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ
*Kwa hakika hii ni mawaidha kwa wachamngu.
*Indeed it is a reminder for the Godwary.
69:49
وَإِنَّا لَنَعْلَمُ أَنَّ مِنْكُمْ مُكَذِّبِينَ
*Na hakika Sisi bila ya shaka tunajua kwamba miongoni mwenu wapo wanao kadhibisha.
*Indeed We know that there are some among you who deny [it].
69:50
وَإِنَّهُ لَحَسْرَةٌ عَلَى الْكَافِرِينَ
*Na hakika bila ya shaka itakuwa ni majuto kwa wanao kataa.
*And indeed it will be a [matter of] regret for the faithless.
69:51
وَإِنَّهُ لَحَقُّ الْيَقِينِ
*Na hakika hii bila ya shaka ni haki ya yakini.
*It is indeed certain truth.
69:52
فَسَبِّحْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الْعَظِيمِ
*Basi litakase jina la Mola wako Mlezi Mtukufu.
*So celebrate the Name of your Lord, the All-supreme.
